- To encourage parents to participate in the kindergarten according to their own needs, interests and opportunities.
- To acknowledge the importance of each family and support parents in the care and upbringing of their children.
- To give parents the opportunity to participate in the kindergarten’s decision making processes.
STAFF
- To work together and share expertise with other staff members.
- To utilise staff members skills in implementing the children’s program.
- To offer opportunities to all staff in the development of skills through ongoing training in early childhood development and education.
- To provide good working conditions for staff to encourage stable and lasting relationships between them and the kindergarten.
