Sports 4 Kinders delivers fun, age-appropriate physical education programs to early learning centres and schools across Melbourne. Founded in 2001, S4K focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and essential skills like balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. Through positive reinforcement and engaging activities, the program promotes healthy habits and a love for active living from an early age.

Yoga-A-GOGO brings imagination, movement, and mindfulness to children through playful yoga adventures. Led by Nerida, a qualified Rainbow Kids Yoga instructor, classes combine stories, games, music, and yoga poses to build strength, balance, and self-confidence in a fun, non-competitive environment. Offering incursions and term programs for kindergartens and childcare centres, Yoga-A-GOGO helps children develop motor skills, relaxation techniques, and a love for healthy living.
